KYLE, TEXAS — The City of Kyle invites qualified hoteliers, developers, or development teams to submit proposals to design and develop a premier hotel and convention facility on approximately four acres of prime creek-front property. This strategic site, located near I-35, offers unparalleled opportunities to capitalize on the region's rapid growth and dynamic economic environment.
The proposed hotel and convention facility will anchor the Lake Park District, a vibrant, master-planned development that combines offices, retail spaces, over 2,000 residential units, and a public park. The district is enriched by the natural beauty of Bunton Branch, a Plum Creek tributary forming a scenic lake near I-35.
